Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You will be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles, and identifying and resolving discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents. Your duties will also include processing corporate action events, settling and reconciling move tasks, and processing and reconciling reward tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identify and resolve discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents

  • Process corporate action events, settle and reconcile move tasks, and process and reconcile reward tasks
  • Conduct research and analysis of complex or escalated issues
  • Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider improvements
  • Perform tasks in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
  • Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
  • Represent arenaflex in our daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field

  • Experience with TD Ameritrade or similar trading platforms
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
  • Experience with tax programming and coding
  • Familiarity with internal and external system enhancements or concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
