What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Financial Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment that requires consistency, adaptability, and a passion for learning. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and drive business growth
• Meeting with potential clients to discuss their financial needs and develop personalized plans
• Becoming proficient in financial products and obtaining necessary licenses, including Life and Series 6 (with options to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
• Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
• Developing new hires into key team members and contributing to their growth and success
