Key Responsibilities

As a Tarot and Psychic Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and compassionate readings to clients via phone, chat, or messaging services
• Using your natural abilities as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor to help clients find harmony and balance in their lives
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing ongoing support and guidance
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our 24/7 service
• Utilizing arenaflex's state-of-the-art technology and tools to manage calls, track statistics, and access real-time reporting

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as a Tarot or Psychic Reader

• Knowledge of astrology, clairvoyance, or other spiritual practices

• Experience with video content creation and editing
