A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be working on the front lines of our contact center, interacting with various stakeholders on behalf of our clients. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Proactively reaching out to clients to provide support and resolve issues * Delivering exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations * Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions * Collaborating with your team to resolve complex issues and provide support Qualifications for a Remote Customer Service Representative To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least one year of customer service or call center experience * The ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms * A quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet * Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office * The ability to pass a background check * Excellent customer service skills Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect to work 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required. Our departments operate 24/7, so we offer flexible work schedules to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with the flexibility to create your own schedule.
