Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our corporate travel management organization, you'll be responsible for providing informed leadership and strategic guidance to drive revenue growth, leveraging our organization's resources and corporate client relationships. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex's corporate travel management division.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as an informed authority for TMC (Travel Management Company) business for arenaflex, utilizing your expertise to drive revenue growth and optimize business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements that align with arenaflex's business objectives.
  • Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Foster innovative marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing.
  • Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional performance is documented as needed and drive expected revenue in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
  • Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
  • Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
  • Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
  • Prepare and execute local sales plans in accordance with corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and leverages its position in the market.

Work Experience, Education, and Skills

* Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Bachelor's degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Preferred:

+ Previous airline experience. + Previous exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs.
