Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in navigating the arenaflex platform and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding orders, account management, and platform features.
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to navigate and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.

  • Experience with customer support software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local commerce and food delivery platforms.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
