Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through proactive listening, empathetic problem-solving, and tailored solutions. You will work closely with our clients' customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver personalized recommendations that meet their evolving requirements. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and preferences

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value-added services
  • Demonstrate exceptional soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Provide information about current plans and products, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Identify and position new solutions that align with customers' needs and goals
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite connections)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone for clear and effective communication
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions
  • Must live in Indiana (or one of the eligible states listed below) to apply
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with a strong understanding of software applications
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with a focus on meeting performance targets
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
