Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls from clients, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional service
  • Handling both Member and Provider calls, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Utilizing the Avaya system to manage calls and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Providing empathetic and caring service to clients, controlling conversations, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Empathy and the ability to control conversations and resolve issues
  • Soft skills, including professionalism, caring, and a customer-centric approach
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
