Job Responsibilities
As a work-from-home chat support agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns
- Utilizing pre-written responses to commonly asked questions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our support processes
- Escalating complex inquiries to a supervisor, ensuring seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction
