Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to person for technical issues, customer feedback, and driver satisfaction, working closely with our engineering and management teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and find solutions to meet their needs, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email, responding promptly to their queries and concerns
  • Maintain customer and driver satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Report technical issues to the engineering team, collaborating with them to resolve problems and improve our solutions
  • Report customer feedback to the management team, providing valuable insights to inform our product development and customer support strategies
  • Collaborate with other arenaflex staff members to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving

Experience

* Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory

Skills/Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner

  • Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and provide personalized support
  • Bilingual a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and drivers in multiple languages

Work Environment and Culture

* Full-time, 40 hours per week, with operating hours from 5am-9pm PST, including weekends

  • Work remotely within the USA (preferred states below), with access to a reliable internet connection and working computer

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary range: $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience

  • Eligible for additional benefits, including 401k, healthcare, and paid time off
