Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate on our evening shift, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers, and contributing to the growth and success of our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
• Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
• Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
• Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

Role Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Access to consistently stable internet connection
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
• On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
• A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and product. A finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.
