Role Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on their experience. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, prevent issues, and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email

• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Prevent issues by proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns
• Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
• Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
• Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
