Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through outbound calls. If you're a motivated, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Professionally processing outbound sales and/or customer service calls to drive sales growth and resolve customer issues
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Offering up-sells and cross-sells to callers to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Recording and verifying accurate information on all calls to ensure data integrity
  • Adhering to a set work schedule and maintaining a high level of punctuality and attendance standards
  • Maintaining company and client confidentiality at all times
  • Meeting established sales/fundraising goals on outbound projects to drive business growth
  • Multi-tasking and adjusting from one type of call to another without loss of efficiency, composure, or knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
