Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Customer Growth Business Development to lead our growth/customer marketing efforts and drive strategic partnerships with top customers in the Code 10 pipeline. As a key member of our Business Development Center of Excellence, you'll be responsible for building strategic relationships, developing customer stewardship materials, and providing customer insights to inform our marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

* Lead all growth/customer marketing related activities for the new Business Development COE, including developing strategic plans, building relationships with C-Suite marketing executives, and securing support from internal stakeholders.

  • Build strategic relationships with top customers in the Code 10 pipeline, identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Serve as team lead with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs, including Insights, Digital, Brand, Assets, Commercial, and other teams.
  • Support the strategic development of customer stewardship materials to provide improved support of Code 10 & Code 5 efforts, including the Why Coke Evolution, Value Bundle, Code 5/10 Playbook, and Bev. Consultant Playbook.
  • Provide customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams, identifying when additional customer marketing research may be required to position us to win new business or retain existing customers.
  • Identify key trends and gaps within our value bundle, connecting with internal subject matter experts to develop solutions and commercialize best practices.
  • Create a communication plan for internal senior leaders that stewards Code 10 and Code 5 marketing strategies, using various tools to gain alignment.
  • Build impactful relationships through industry engagements, driving growth and innovation through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with background/experience working with Foodservice customers.
  • Functional skills:

+ Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, ideally within FSOP. + Demonstrated ability to develop unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies, preferably with Code 10 customers. + Strong communication & influencing skills. + Comfortable leading through complex, long-term projects. + Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation. + Thrive in ambiguity. + Planning and organizing. + Capable of leading through change. + Fast and agile learner.

Travel

Approximately 20-30% travel required, with opportunities to work with global marketing leaders and expand your network.
