Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our U.S. based Bilingual (English/Spanish) customers through phone, chat, and/or email
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delighting customers with our services
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners
- Gathering intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in Colombia
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency), with an English level of 85% or above
- Proficient computer skills
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- A minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
