Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer support
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions as needed
- Troubleshooting common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
- Assisting colleagues and managers with various tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications
