Job Summary
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions - Provide accurate and timely information to help members understand their benefits and options - Offer solutions to resolve member issues and improve their healthcare experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex policies
Work Environment and Flexibility
We offer a flexible work-from-home (WFH) arrangement for eligible candidates. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements: - Maintain a secure and distraction-free workspace - Ensure a reliable internet connection with approved speed requirements - Complete a comprehensive training program - Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance guidelines
Training and Development

Schedule and Availability
We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Days off and hours may vary, and start times will be adjusted to accommodate business needs. Site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, military experience) - Proficiency in Windows-based applications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience - Ability to resolve issues in a positive and professional manner - Comfortable interacting with clients in a patient and supportive way - Unwavering commitment to quality and compliance with scheduling principles - Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion while expressing confidence and certainty - Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette and strong communication abilities - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
