Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with customers to fulfill their banking needs, connect them with account services, and provide exceptional support. You'll perform a variety of receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties, handle day-to-day transactions, and maintain customer accounts. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Help customers open checking and savings accounts, and provide guidance on our banking products and services

  • Maintain customer accounts, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists to meet their unique needs
  • Record transactions, count and package currency, and reconcile cash drawers
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, and communicate with other bank team members
  • Safely manage and maintain safe deposit boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and granting access to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Prior banking experience is preferred but not required; however, a strong understanding of banking principles and practices is essential

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in banking or a related field

  • 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Familiarity with banking software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
