Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting with case-related questions. Your professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail will help build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist clients with questions regarding their personal injury cases, providing accurate and timely information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and meetings.
- Maintain and update client records in our case management system.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Handle client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
Essential Qualifications
* Bilingual: 1 year of experience (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year of experience (Required)
