Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Scheduling appointments for various services, including attic cleaning, crawl space cleaning, rodent removal, heating and cooling replacement, and installation services
- Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointments, and services provided
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure that all customer service inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and customer experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike

- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
