Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about creating world-class shopping experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technology, provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, and deploy new technology at customer locations. Your expertise will be essential in collecting customer feedback, quantifying the impacts of new technology, and summarizing results for presentation to development team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's customer-centric vision

  • Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, driving improvements and enhancements to our products and services
  • Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, ensuring clear and concise communication of key findings and recommendations

Essential Qualifications

* A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution

  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics

  • Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R
  • Formal coursework/training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and customer-centric approaches

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with customer experience (CX) frameworks and methodologies, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
