Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers via live chat. If you have excellent written communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
