Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
- Submit customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
- Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
- Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates
Essential Qualifications
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software is a plus
