Job Summary

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers through online conversations and representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, maintaining a positive and friendly tone throughout conversations
  • Utilize your gaming experience and problem-solving skills to create a wow-ing experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Utah

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred)
