Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team as Online Chat Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide engaging, real-time solutions via chat. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through online chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
  • Providing accurate and efficient responses to customer queries
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships in a professional manner
  • Utilizing provided resources and systems to stay updated on product and service information
  • Following established protocols and procedures for customer service interactions

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
