Job Summary

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, providing information about our products and services, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements
