Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into our system using a steady flow of images, ensuring the highest level of precision and quality.
  • Identifying and categorizing document types based on provided documentation, utilizing your analytical skills to streamline the data entry process.
  • Reviewing and verifying data to meet quality standards, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards, upholding the trust and security of our clients' data.
  • Collaborating professionally with team members as needed, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork.
  • Suggesting improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  • Completing daily tasks and performing additional office duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Hourly Pay and Schedule

* $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

  • Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
  • Shifts are available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Quick learners, able to follow instructions accurately and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality, upholding the trust and security of our clients' data.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy, demonstrating exceptional typing skills and accuracy.
