Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Remote Full-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of data accuracy. You will be responsible for entering a high volume of data from multiple sources, maintaining data integrity, checking and validating data accuracy, and updating databases.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods, maintaining a high level of data quality.
- Maintaining and updating workflow records regarding work completed and work pending, ensuring seamless workflow management.
- Assisting other administrative staff in file management and organization, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation, maintaining data security and integrity.

Hourly Salary Range

Job Requirements
