As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this vision by working closely with our product teams to understand our customers' behavior and inform where we focus our R&D efforts.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience Platform team, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with counterparts in product, engineering, finance, and operations departments to produce analyses, datasets, and data models necessary to measure and inform product development
- Developing deep systemic knowledge of data from operational systems (e.g., CRM or ERP software) and strategies for continuous improvement of the reporting capabilities of that data
- Prototyping SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and revenue reporting needs
- Building tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow the team to quickly and accurately see how our products and processes are performing
- Proactively identifying areas outside the regular stream of business requests where analytics can add value – having that "canary in a coal mine" mentality when it comes to data
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or proven experience in these areas)
- 3+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or similar roles, with a focus on understanding user and behavioral data and its relationship to business outcomes
- Robust methods for QA data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Advanced knowledge of ETL and data pipelining practices
- Ability to and comfort with disambiguating stakeholder needs and requirements
Bonus Ingredients
While not required, we're excited about candidates with:
- Relevant work experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- Experience using backend data from operational sources (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, RevPro/Zuora Revenue)
- Experience with Hex, Looker, Snowflake, Airflow, GitHub, AWS, dbt, Python
- Familiarity with Financial and Accounting concepts, data, and reporting

Pay Range
The base salary range for this role is $92,000 – $147,000 USD. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
