Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone
- Meeting new client/student acquisition goals daily
- Upselling and promoting our driving programs to meet sales goals
- Processing payments and scheduling students
- Communicating professionally and clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Resolving difficult and emergency situations with a high degree of maturity and professionalism
Essential Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
