Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and efficient support through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful resources and information
  • Offering promotional discounts and special offers to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and special offers to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access online chat platforms
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
