What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1 previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
