Experienced Customer Service Representative - Temporary Work-From-Home Opportunity at arenaflex

We are looking for individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives in a temporary role. As a friendly voice welcoming customers to arenaflex, you will be placing orders, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service – all from the comfort of your home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM every day and expect to extend this to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas.

• Flexible scheduling: Prioritizing candidates with maximum availability, we require at least 24 hours of weekly availability. Additionally, we need our employees to be available to work on our busiest days of Mondays & Tuesdays as well as at least one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone
• Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Placing orders and processing customer transactions accurately
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Interview Requirements

A PC or laptop with a webcam and an internet connection are required for the interview process. Interviews, onboarding, and training are conducted over a TEAMS video call. Part of the interview is a computer skills assessment that is observed. Qualified candidates are asked to schedule their own interview and receive a TEAMS link in advance of the interview.
