Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating a high level of customer assistance by phone and in-person, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Marketing to current and former customers over the phone and in-person for additional business, leveraging your excellent communication skills to drive sales
  • Maintaining and securing cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits
  • Performing office administrative activities, such as checking branch mail, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Investigating credit and processing loan applications with precision and speed
  • Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Reliable personal transportation with insurance, as you may be required to travel to customer locations
  • The ability to stand and sit for long periods of time, as well as lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships

Compensation and Perks:
