About the Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our team to verify data accuracy, assist with data cleanup and maintenance tasks, and collaborate on efficient data management processes. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter data into arenaflex databases and systems

  • Verify data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with data cleanup and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes
  • Perform other data-related tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficiency in typing and data entry (at least 40 wpm)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with data entry best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Familiarity with airline industry operations and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Experience:

* No prior experience required; training will be provided

  • Working Hours:

+ Part-time position with flexible scheduling options + Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
