Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Aurora, NE. As a key member of our front desk support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer calls on a multi-extension phone system, transfer calls as necessary, and assist customers with their service calls
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Assist customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school education or equivalent

  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work, meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role

  • Familiarity with telecommunications services and industry terminology

  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and phone systems
