Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Service

+ Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional support. + Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service. + Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive ones. + Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless transactions. + Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.

Product Expertise

+ Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. + Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers, showcasing your knowledge and expertise. + Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the latest information to our customers.

Communication

+ Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that our customers feel heard and understood. + Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.

Team Management (If Applicable)

+ Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. + Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback, ensuring that our team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. + Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries, maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Product Knowledge: A quick learner with the ability to become an expert on our bedding client's products, with a strong understanding of materials, features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and professional support.
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, especially the 30-minute response time requirement, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in the bedding or home goods industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of our bedding client's products and services.
  • Previous experience managing a team is preferred (if applicable), with a focus on leadership and team development.
