Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
- Processing product orders and responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests
- Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with order-related issues and concerns
- Analyzing and processing customer return authorization and credits
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billings and shipments
- Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries
- Participating in social media customer service, warranty claims, and special projects (for select representatives)
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
- Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
