Job Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You'll work in a fully remote environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while also processing orders, tracking packages, and performing other duties as assigned.

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Care Specialist II, your typical day will involve:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts
  • Providing customers with critical service and product information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processing orders and entering data into our order entry system
  • Tracking customer packages and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

You Own This If You Have...

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

6+ months experience

in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)

Excellent communication skills

, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

and demonstrate a high sense of urgency

Understanding of computer systems

and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance

Ability to work a set schedule

, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times

A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace

that meets our technical requirements

Ability to work your entire shift

using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership

Wired, high-speed Internet

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes:

  • Orientation: 1 week (Tuesday – Friday) from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
  • Training: 3 weeks (Monday – Friday) from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
