The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our global clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Collaborating with internal teams to find solutions for each individual customer, ensuring their journey runs smoothly
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications

Location and Working Hours
This role is based at LTU Work-at-Home, and you'll work in 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM.
