Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone.
  • Proactively identifying patterns and trends within the department to improve our processes and services.
  • Continuously learning and developing knowledge about our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Shift Pattern and Schedule

* Monday to Thursday/Friday

  • 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily

Salary and Benefits

* Salary: £25,000.00 per year (pro rata to hours worked)
