Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they deserve. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Following up on client cases to ensure that our customers receive the support they need
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through various communication channels
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
