Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing customer support via phone, assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. You'll work with customers to resolve their issues, provide solutions, and ensure that they have a positive experience with our services.

Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
