Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with visitors via live chat on our website to provide information about our design, planning, and construction services
  • Answering questions regarding project timelines, service details, product specifications, and pricing
  • Assisting with scheduling consultations or meetings with our design and construction teams
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records of chat interactions and following up on any unresolved issues
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service or communication training is a plus
