Key Purpose

As a German-speaking Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a high-quality service for existing and new clients. Your primary objective will be to add value to each customer interaction, leveraging your extensive product knowledge to provide expert advice and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering calls from existing and new customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Proactively addressing all queries related to the business, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information
  • Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls, utilizing your product knowledge to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Managing email queries, responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries
  • Building rapport with each customer, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns
  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of all arenaflex product ranges, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Facilitating calls from both B2B and B2C customers, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each segment

Personal Specification

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following competences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or sales (although not essential)
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences (although not essential)
  • Self-motivation, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Attention to detail, with high-level communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in a range of software applications and systems
  • A passion for delivering the highest quality service to arenaflex clients and their customers

Different Shifts Available

arenaflex offers a range of shifts to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from the following options:

  • Shift 1: £25,000 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift pattern:

+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15 + Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 07:30 - 15:45 + Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:15 + Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 08:00 - 16:15 + Week 5: Monday to Friday, 11:45 - 20:00

  • Shift 2: £25,075 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift pattern:

+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15 + Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 07:30 - 15:45, and Saturday, 11:45 - 20:00 + Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:15 + Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 08:00 - 16:15, and Saturday, 9:45 - 18:00 + Week 5: Monday to Friday, 11:45 - 20:00

  • Shift 3: £27,350 per year, with a fixed shift pattern:

+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 11:45 - 20:00, and Saturday, 8:00 - 16:15 You can apply for one, a combination, or all the shifts available.
