Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. You'll assist with a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with members and providers. Responsibilities * Answer incoming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. * Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) * Company provides equipment and training * Work from home and prove to be self-sufficient * Commute to the office in Princeton, NJ when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals Key Skills and Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient * High school diploma or equivalent GED * Ability to commute to the office in Princeton, NJ when necessary Preferred Qualifications * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong knowledge of health care benefits and services Benefits and Perks At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our team members' physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
