Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry from raw data sources, ensuring data integrity and verifying accuracy before entry. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing alphanumeric data entry from raw data sources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Comparing data with source documents and re-entering data in verification format to detect errors
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying data accuracy before entry
• Locating and correcting data entry errors or reporting them to supervisors
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
• Entering data from source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into specific fields
• Achieving data entry targets using heavy production techniques
• Utilizing spreadsheets and database software with a focus on accuracy
• Using Outlook for internal communications and Salesforce as needed
• Managing workload effectively and working independently

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6-10 years of experience in data entry or data remediation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with 10-key skills is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience with heavy Outlook use
• Client-facing experience is required, though no direct client communication will occur

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM software
• Familiarity with data management and entry best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
