Key Responsibilities:
As a home-based customer service representative and data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-related information for customer accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through every interaction

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
