Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from home on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the benefits and services offered by arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate their benefits and services
- Educate members on arenaflex plans, devices, and resources, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their coverage
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
- Maintain accurate records and track interactions with members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support to members
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
