Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing contact lists, and addressing various client needs as they arise. Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing contact lists and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Addressing various client needs as they arise, including resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using GOOGLE apps such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • English proficiency at the C1 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Your own device and headset, with a high-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
